CXPA postpones the 2020 Global Insight Exchange and announces steps to support you


The Coronavirus COVID-19 pandemic has created unprecedented challenges to life, meetings, and the worldwide economy. CXPA hopes that you are well and taking personal steps to keep yourself healthy.  Here are steps that CXPA is taking in light of the crisis to support the CX community:


We will suspend all in-person CXPA Network events through at least May 1 and postpone the 2020 Global Insight Exchange until 2021. Please visit and keep in touch with your local CXPA Network for updates on online alternatives and future events in your area.  We will be issuing full refunds of registration fees to all registrants – no action needed on your part.  (If you have a hotel or travel  reservations, don’t forget to cancel those directly.)


We are ramping up our online resources and delivering more value to you without requiring you to leave your home or workspace. 

    • Beginning March 27, CXPA members will begin to receive The CXPA Engine: Content that Drives your CX Success by email. This new e-newsletter, which replaces the Weekly Bulletin, will feature curated CX content, news from CXPA, and CX job listings.
    • In April, we will introduce a CXPA Insight Exchange Video Series, which will feature vetted short form videos on CX and CX management. 
    • We also expect to share additional announcements in the coming weeks about virtual engagement opportunities, website enhancements, and online courses.
