CXPA’s annual Innovation Awards celebrate and recognize the critical role that CX teams play in driving customer-focused innovation within their organizations.
To submit a nomination for this year’s innovation award, complete the form below and upload a video that describes the nature of the innovation, the impact to your customers, any role you and your team played in the ideation process as well as how you helped propel the idea forward into implementation.
The video should be no more than 3 minutes. It does not need to be professionally produced, but should seek to answer these key questions for our judges:
- What was the business problem?
- What was the nature of the innovation, and how did the idea come to be?
- How did the CX team propel the idea forward into implementation?
- What was the result? (please note: judges will consider nominations that did not achieve complete success, as the nature of innovation sometimes means failure can be an outcome. If the innovation did not lead to success, please indicate what you learned from the effort and how it has advanced your understanding of customers and positioned you for future success)
Please upload your video using the file sharing service WeTransfer (www.wetransfer.com), sending the final product to CXPA’s Content Manager Gabe Smith, CCXP (firstname.lastname@example.org). Deadline for video submission is Sunday, February 16th.
At the conclusion of the judging process (no later than March 6th) finalists will be notified and next steps will be outlined. The 2020 Innovation Award winner—along with all finalists—will be honored during CXPA’s Global Insight Exchange, taking place April 27-29th in Orlando, Florida, USA.
Eligibility: Individuals and teams that work for an organization that sells CX products or services are not eligible to receive a CX Innovation Award.
