During this portion of the conference, CX practitioners share an approach or tool that they have used within their organization to drive results.
We’re looking for 18 real-world examples of what’s being done in leading CX programs. The best of these examples—as determined at the conference—will be showcased during the closing session of Global Insight Exchange.
What is the format of the “How We Did It” case study?
Your session will last a total of 20 minutes, which consists of a short 10-minute presentation followed by 10-minutes of Q&A. We will provide a screen, projector and microphone to support your presentation.
What is the CX knowledge level of my audience?
Please assume the audience is very familiar with key CX competencies and focus on delivering your content at a CCXP level.
I’m a provider of a CX product or service. Can I submit a “How We Did It” session for consideration?
The focus of “How We Did It” is on practitioner stories. If a practitioner achieved success using a specific CX product or service, they may nominate themselves and lead the presentation portion, with the CX consultant or provider available to answer product or service questions during the Q&A portion.
